4. Innovations Training / Internship:
Imagine what if you could be the innovation catalyst of a start-up company? SMU’s Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship is planning to launch a new kind of internship, where students will be trained over the course of three weeks on how to create new innovations for existing businesses. They will then be attached to other companies to serve a innovation catalysts – to create new innovations for the company.
5. SMU-Poly Alliance:
Polytechnics are home to some of the most innovative products and services in the market. SMU students will get a chance to work with polytechnic students to create businesses out of their projects. We are looking forward to bringing together talented students from the polytechnics and SMU to create a whole new youth revolution.
wow I’m glad (And surprised) to read about the innovation training/internship initiative!
Are these initiatives made open to non-ventures students as well? Apologies if it is inappropriate to be asking this over here haha. How often and of what nature are the meetings for ventures like? This is because I didn’t know about it until now (shoot me) but have already joined other CCAs which I feel will be bad of it to leave halfway.
thanks!
